Feed My Starving Children

If you live in the Minneapolis area or near Aurora IL, the food relief organization Feed My Starving Children is organizing emergency food packing sessions. They send dry food packs to 200 mission partners on the ground in Haiti on a routine basis, and are working towards an emergency relief plan in the next few days. This is a great way to do something that has a direct impact on Haiti. Find out more about how your group can volunteer at fmsc.org.

  2. Thanks for posting this! It's so good to get the word out. My husband in a teacher in Minneapolis, and the Honor Society at his school has been organizing service trips to Feed My Starving Children. FMSC is a fabulous organization, and they do a great job getting food into the hands of hungry people.

  4. That is wonderful what you have done! I hope all went well with the food prep, shipping and distribution. I am very aware of the situation in Haiti and pray for them. I am involved with a business that provides meal packs to starving children, many of which are in Haiti. Individuals who are at the extreme end of starvation cannot digest regular food (their bodies are not use to it), so we provide these meal packs which they can easily digest. It is the first step out of starvation. Thank you for having a BIG heart to meet the needs of many people.

FYI you can check out the meal packs here if you want more info:
